Bill Gardner Photography is a “Location” Studio. This means you can have your session photographed almost anywhere you want.
So, if you are wondering where to have your photo taken, here are a few of our highly recommended spots!
• The beach. This is one of my top favorites! The water is ever-changing and the light is good pretty much any time of the day, but gorgeous right after sunrise and right before sunset.
• In a field. There’s something so natural about tall grasses. They flow well in the background and make your images feel down-to-earth.
• A State Park (such as our local Wildwood State Park). The variety they provide will benefit your images. From the trees, to the trails, to the beach…you name it. There’s just so many possibilities!
• Downtown. Walk the downtown streets and the Downtown River Walk in Riverhead. This will bring a retro, downtown-like effect to your portraits with outstanding water views which looks nothing like a downtown!
• The comfort of your own home. Relax, kick your legs up, jump on the bed, bake something, or read a book on the couch. The options for a photo shoot at home are endless, from formal to very casual!
• Walk around a vineyard. The North Fork has so many vineyards! I love the trees and grape plants that are grown at these. The setting is beautiful for sentimental casual photos!
