PLEASE READ: If you use the “Schedule Appointment” button below, you MUST complete a short questionnaire to provide us with prelimary information before your Planning Session. YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL NOT BE COMPLETE UNLESS YOU USE ONE OF THE BUTTONS THAT WILL APPEAR AFTER COMPLETING THE QUESTIONNAIRE TO ADD YOUR APPOINTMENT TO ONE OF YOUR DEVICE CALENDARS. (You should click one of the buttons even if you don’t use a device calendar!) A CONFIRMATION WILL IMMEDIATELY APPEAR. (This confirmation is system-generated.) When you see the confirmation, YOU MAY THEN SAFELY EXIT FROM THE SCHEDULING PAGES. Within 3 days after you receive the system-generated confirmation noted above and you exit from the scheduling pages, you will receive a second confirmation directly from Bill Gardner Photography via email (or by phone or text if you don’t have an email address). If you do not receive the second confirmation, please contact us so we can help. Without that second confirmation, your appointment has not been made or confirmed or finalized!

Call us at 833-3-PORTRAIT [or 833-376-7872] (toll free) and select option 1 for Appointments. If we’re not available when you call, just leave us a message and we’ll call you back. We’ll make and confirm your appointment for you.

*IMPORTANT: Scheduling a Planning Session Appointment does NOT cost anything and does NOT obligate you to continue on to a photo session. The Planning Session will, among other things, allow you to determine if we are a good fit for your photography needs. You will also be able to ask any questions you may have.

IMPORTANT: We are available to conduct Environmental Portrait Planning Sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10am to 5pm. We’re also available on Wednesday evenings from 7pm to 9pm. Planning Sessions normally run about an hour for Environmental Portraits and 30 minutes for Headshots. Special concession for alternate days or times may be requested. If your preferred day and time is not available, we will provide you with several alternatives as close to your request as possible. We will normally confirm your Planning Session date and time via email or text. If you do not provide that information, we will use whatever contact method you provide.

DO NOT use these scheduling methods to schedule an actual photo session. This is ONLY for Planning Sessions. Photo Sessions are scheduled during your Planning Session (only if you wish to schedule one; you are under no obligation to do so).
